拳經拳法備要


  01、提勁運用之法                                          
                                                          
    大凡運勁之法,在乎氣。而氣之虛實,全憑小腹下運之。蓋周身運量氣為之
先,若氣不在小腹而在上胸,此上實下虛,而下步必不能堅固緊密,其何取勝於
人耶。夫氣者力也,拳家 之根本,藉手氣之足,則力亦足,不可亂出,茍或亂
出,則如大力之人,多有一遇對敵,力轉不能以自伸。所謂氣阻力閉,而無循環
相生之妙也。然則勁當何用力之必從腰轉出,方能得法。如右腳出時,其腳要熟
點而出,將身法一低,兩肩一垂,兩手掩胸,左夾提起右夾,腰望前一低,而周
身之氣望小腹一 沈,則上虛下實,而下部自能堅固緊密,至於前後左右俱是如    
此,此出步提緊之運用也。                                  
                                                          
                                                          
  02、
身法操持                                              
                                                          
    凡與人對敵之時,身法帶縮,腰法帶彎,偷步宜快宜活,須以腳指粘地,兩手
必換護,兩眼必須射敵人,身手一動,即 以身法步法擊至空處,此秘法之要訣
也。                      
                                                          
附原歌訣:  與人對敵要推詳,身體從容不用忙。              
                      破敵全憑一雙眼,躲拳須要側手防。              
                      他拳放過須忙進,腋下輕舒難抵擋。              
                      若要短打敵長手,跟身到腋是良方。
